High Bp with creatinine level 7.5
Recently my husband got hospitalized with High blood pressure 240/140 with creatinine level 7.5. Doctor has done renal biopsy and report suggests that 'thrombotic microangiopathy with ATIN? secondary to HTN' what does this exactly mean. He is 32 years old active with no symptoms and urine output is good. can kidney function recover to normal?
