Kidney Problems

Has been taking Norflox for past 4 days due to E.coli infection.Dr.had prescribed 5 days antibiotics.This problem had been persisting since Jan 15 ,2025.A few days after thr course of antibiotics is over ,the disease is back.The past prescriptions has been for 5-7 days .Tomorrow is the 5th day of the current prescription.If fever comes again on the 6th or 7th day,what should be done?

Kidney stent has been placed due to 7.5 mm kidney stone . After 5 days I am experiencing foul smell in urine . Even after taking all the medicines why am I getting infection again . And doctor said he can't remove the stone now as stent will be tight and he suggested to remove it after 15 days and current stent would be replaced with a new one . Please suggest . Why there is infection even after stent placement

Hi... I have kidney stones in both the kidney around 4 mm and 3 mm. Recently I am experiencing skin allergies only on the left of my body. Slight swelling of my ear, hands and legs. I thought it was some kind of skin allergy. Is the allergy due to kidney stones... I am unable to understand.

It has been almost 3 years of high uric acid levels , almost above 9 , after having medication for a month got reduced to level 7.2 soon after medication is stopped it elevates again ... Kindly guide

Hello doctor, my USG shows post voiding residual urine 82 ml. But my bladder is normal. I did USG two times both reports show normal bladder. My kub x-ray report is also normal. My urine analysis and urine culture both reports are normal. But why this residual urine?

My father had fever last couple of days so I decided to check some routine parameters where I found RBC are present 1-2 HPF , PUS cells: 0-1 HPF Epithelial cells 1-2 HPF in urine RE ...I'm attaching his reports...is it normal?! He doesn't have any urinary burning symptoms or anything... Please Suggest your valuable thoughts I'm worried

Does acidic food creates more irritation in the infection and irritation sort of thing because today I had the highly acidic food and now by taking medicines on time also but facing little irritation today
