I have burning with urination from last 7 days and while urinating, feels like incomplete empty bladder. I have taken medicines from Urologist ... Nitrofurantoin(100mg), Ciprofloxacin(500mg) and Doxycycline(100mg) Antibiotics. But all the problems of urine have not cured completely till today. *Ultrasound Report* :  Urinary Bladder Wall thickening and mucosal Edema noted. Give Suggestions.

Urologist did cystoscopy and found that I have high bladder neck due to which i am unable to empty my bladder fully and hesitancy is there on starting the urine flow. Prostate size is normal and no urehthra problem is there. when i urinate it feels like something is blocking the urine and i need to apply pressure to urinate. I need to go to urinate frequently. Also checked in infection which is not there. RGU MCU are normal. In urodynamics it is shown that i am havibg moderate degree of obstruction as there is congenital bladder outlet obstruction. Doctor prescribed Alfoo but it is not giving me full relief. Is there any side effects if i am taking it for long  term use or I cam use it for life time.. As i have tried other alfa blockers which didn't work only Alfoo is working fine. Is there any permanent treatment available? I am only 27 year old and much worried due to this.

Iam getting pain near abodmen i did ct scanning also in that they said its an hydroureteronephrosiss
