My wife is suffering from lower back pain and Pain is both side of stomach. Lower back pain is veey high and little pain in stomach

BP NORMAL, RBS 77, SERUM CALCIUM & POTASSIUM LEVELS NORMAL . REGULAR EXERCISE, FOOD AFTER LEACHING,. How to decrease/control/arrest serum creatinine level. ? Is everything ok. Is it possible to bring serum creatinine level from 2.08 to less than 1.3 ? I am very much worried. Please guide me.

Experiencing pain since a week. Tried with couple of pain rel gels but relief is temporary. I am sure it is not sciatica. I wanted to know the possibility related to kidney problem.
