When I urinating that time burn and pain last 2 days. I face this problem. And urinating more this time

My fiance has 3 cyst in kidney I'm really worried. Is it curable??? Tomorrow she will visit doctor Please help

Sir I have severe bloating, vomiting on intake of food and fluids, fever, and abdominal pain and discomfort, unable to sleep or eat anything from 3 days. I met gastroenterologist yesterday and using medication given but no relief. The doctor advised tests and serum creatinine 2.7 I got, also high wbc count is there. Doctor is unavailable today. Please suggest what to do.
