Kidney Problems

I had ultrasound the funding is left epididmyl cyst and spermatocle. Left epididmys measure approx 12.5* 10.1 mm and shows as cystic lesion of size approx 9.0* 8.0mm

My friend dignosed with kidney failure and now he is suffering from hypoxic brain injury. How much chances are there for recovery.. currently he is in ICU and on regular dialysis but doctor mentioned that his cortex is damaged.

My father's age is 65 year and ofter test seens simple cortical cyst seen in both kidneys its 1.43×1.3 cm and othr in lft side its 1.81×1.54 so its any harm or not or what treatment will do

My son 10 year old now had hypospadias operation at the age of 3years. He is fine now without any medication. But since a month he is complaining almost every night of urge to do urine but doesn't come out at night time only before going to bed. I am worried as to why this happens very often to him and what should I do . Please kindly help and guide me. Thank you

My Creatnine-serum is 1.07 mg/dl and eGFR is 89 ml/min/1.73 m2. I'm going 4 to 5 times per day to motion. This is happening for more than a  year. Do i need to get any urine or kidney test to be done. Do i need to use any medicine?

Hi , I feel I have high uric acid problem and there is pain between leg thumb and index finger since morning and feeling bit feverish(not reflecting on thermometer). When I checked my levels some 6 months back it was 30points higher than the normal level. Pl suggest me a medicine for immediate relief.
