Mild Hydroueteronephrosis
I am diagnosed with multiple mild Hydroureteronephrosis which is caused due to a 7.1 mm stone in upper ureter. I also have two stones in right kidney(4.9 mm & 6.9 mm) & multiple stones on left kidney(two largest are 4.7mm & 2.2 mm) Kindly tell me what should be the next step. Is it possible to cure this problem with medicines only or any surgery is required??

You would need ureteroscopy for the obstructive stone first, following which you may need shock wave lithotripsy for the remaining stones in the kidneys
