Last 1.5 years suffering from infertility due to low motility . pus cell sometimes appears around 8-10 hpf. After taking doxycycline for 14 days twice it was gone for 2 to 3 months in that period motility began increases upto 45℅ (RP-15 +NP 30). But after 3 month pus cell detect again and motility goes down . Again taking doxycycline pus gone and reappear after 2-3 months. Swab test Negative. Normal usg test of testicles are normal But in my right testis  little bit inflammation but reason is not detect. Need urgent help Where to go for treatment prefer South India

Uric Acid Male, 33 My age is 33 and my uric acid is 8.7. Actually I have uric acid from small age. My uric acid is always on higher side and i dont face any problem or pain anywhere in my body. Doctor told me thats normal and dont have to worry since u have uric acid from the small age and also u dont face any joint pain or others. Ur body is absorbed with high uric acid.So i just wanted to know is it fine for me having high uric acid as 8.7? My creatine level also ranges from 1 to 1.1 . Also my height is 6.2 inch and weight is 105 kg

My Semen analysis report shows presence of spermetozoa but still reported azoospermia. Earlier Spermatozoa was absent.

Please read all its for my life changing. Hi I'm facing problem from down side of ribs to testis od right side area from 1 year.i go many doctors. One doctor dignoces me with ultrasound of scrotal and tell me it's showing grade 2 vericocele and need surgery.and another doctor tell dignoces me with ultrasound sound KUB and Uroflowmetry tests .in that test my urine flow is very very low and ultrasound show all things is good but PVR range is 200cc. For that I take alfoo tablets for 10 days and again do same tests ultrasound sound KUB and uroflowmetry.in that report my urine flow is little good and PVR range is 30cc doctor is said.tablets working good takes this tablet for 6 months. But from some day I feel pain in left side testis and I feel physically also veins are swelling I do semen analysis also its showing sperm quantity is 2ml .and 9.5million sperm in per ml And motility is 25 percent only in that 25% only 10% is progressive . So what I do I did not understand what is the

Past month i affected by mums and because of my careless my right scrotum get swelled for that I admitted in the hospital there they treat me with antibiotics. Now swelling is cured but past 4days my foreskin in penis get tight and it didn't allow penis head to comeout. When I pull back my foreskin it give irritation and pain. It become too tight and stick with my penis head. Kindly give me the solution for my health issue. Is this serious issue?

I am having blood during ejaculation since last 3 days. I am not feeling pain or anything else when this happens. Is it a serious condition.

I got vericocele grade 4, unmarried 22 year old male. The urologist says its okay. I was sexually active. Penile doppler, cholesterol and sugar levels were normal. Recently i couldnt get a proper erection and have premature ejaculation issues. I experience lower back pain. What can be the diagnosis. I have been to 3 doctors, 3 of them said everything is normal, then why I couldnt have a proper erection.

I have done spot ACR and it's normal.. I always have problem with urine foaming...done so many time spot ACR and other blood test and Urine test..my physcian and my nephrologist said it's normal...But recently my skin specialist has given me steroid cream for penis skin swelling and what I have observed that whenever I apply cream on penis head and under skin of penis I am getting no foam in urine..but whenever I am washing that cream my foam in urine is appearing again...I have small pain while moving skin from penis head.. But this is new thing I am observing
