I am done with all the test like usg kub, urine acr, urine routine and microscopic , fasting blood sugar(85 hexokinase) ,hba1c(5.5) .All these tests are normal but I have frequent urination at night 2-3 times and day also.Please help

Hi, I had given a urine analysis and it came back with the following results. Urine mucus present. Urine bacteria trace. Urine blood trace intact. What could this be?
