Kidney Problems

I am facing urine dribbling from the last three months.its very irritating and i want to be free from it. Suggest me something so that i will be happy

My father is a diabetic for 15+ years. Recently diagnosed with enlarged prostate. Report attached. This was found during a routine prostate check up. He has no trouble urinating, starting urination or maintaining a stream. Excessive urination or frequent urination also doesnt happen. Doctors are advicing for surgery? But if there are no adverse effects on urination or timing or any senses for him, is surgery really advisable? He had undergone cystoscopy to confirm enlarged prostate (confirmed) after that he feels his condition is even better than before.

I am diagnosed with multiple mild Hydroureteronephrosis which is caused due to a 7.1 mm stone in upper ureter. I also have two stones in right kidney(4.9 mm & 6.9 mm) & multiple stones on left kidney(two largest are 4.7mm & 2.2 mm) Kindly tell me what should be the next step. Is it possible to cure this problem with medicines only or any surgery is required??

My father had undergone prostrate surgery 6 months back due to urine blockage. In the biopsy it was detected as cancer. After this it was confirmed as stage 4 cancer by doing PET PSMA Scan. He was given pamorelin injection and TABI tablet. From the past one month he is not able to control urine. Some times it happens in the pants and goes very frequently. Can you please advise what should be done. Thanks

I had diagnosed with kidney stone in last year, From last few days i am feeling some discomfort at right side of abdomen

My scrotum swelled up yesterday but there wasn't any pain but from today it has started hurting a bit.

FENS was detected in the month of August 2018. My daughter has completed the 6 weeks course of Omnacortil forte , Rentac and Calcimax on 21st Oct. Her protien in urine was Trace but from 2 days the protien is coming 2+. Kindly suggest what to do.
