I took medicines for 3days for UTI self medication ,Norflox 400 medicine n Cital syrup still I am having buring in my private parts also I am having pain in left side above hip line,back side. Please advise what may be the cause...

My friend both kidneys had got infection. She wants kidney transplant and planning to visit India. She has got indian donar so can you do surgery.

PUS cells 3-4 per hpf is found in my urine. Is it normal or do I need a treatment for this? rest is normal. I have also attached report for your reference.

Not always but around thrice in a week i am feeling burning sensation during urination and it lasts for around 5 to 10 minutes. I also have a history of hamerrohids from last 6 years. I want to know if it's infectious or just normal.
