Kidney Problems

After doing RIRS SURGERY i.e 1 month earlier there is during urination.. As per urine analaysis report there is LEUCOCYTE ESTERASE present in urine. Please guide us.

I underwent circumcision using a ZSR stapler on Monday morning, and a bandage was applied until today. My doctor asked me to remove the bandage with warm water and apply T-Bact. However, when I removed it, I experienced extreme pain due to hypersensitivity, which made me scream. The pain is unbearable, and applying T-Bact was beyond painful. I haven’t slept for 72 hours due to the hypersensitivity and am concerned since I have college next week. My doctor denies the concept of  hypersensitivity and hasn’t been helpful. I need advice on how to treat it, protect the area from touching anything, and whether there’s any ointment or liquid solution gentler than T-Bact or petroleum jelly. I’m in severe pain and sleep-deprived. If there are any homeopathic or alternative remedies, please let me know.

Hi doctor, I went for a health checkup, as per my urine reports, it shows hazy transparency while leucocytes are positive nitrites, sugar, protein are absent. Pus cells are 6-8 and epithelial cells are 8-10. I went for a checkup as I started feeling itch over my body. Other major highlights of the report are: ESR = 38 GFR in KFT  = 86.37 Other values of CBC, thyroid, Lipid profile, LFT and KFT are normal. What's the issue? And what should I do further?

I feel dull pain in left scrotum in back of left testicle that radiates to left side lower back also i feel a hard lump between joint of Epididmytis and testicle, lump is on Epididmytis.
