Hi i am having hypothyroid from 1 year and i am not taking any medication . I felt very stressful and also dizziness. My weight is rising day by day . In my reports only TSH is high , T3and T 4 are normal plz suggest any homeopathic medicine or any medication free lifestyle.

My under arms and neck has turned black. I was over weight earlier, now i have reduced my weight and i do exercise daily but still no improvement. I am 30 year old and i am diabetic ( Type 2). Can i reverse it if i follow it with strict regime like low calorie diet, and excercise. When i was diagnosed i had 190 ml/dl fating, and within a weak i was able to bring it down around 140 without medication. then started medication keeeping in mind that it can cause serious complications. I am currently having metformin 500mg twice a day. Now after mediaction my fasting gulcose level on an average is 120 ml/dl. I am very depressed due to it.

I had recovered from dengue l after two months. I have some burning sensation in right foot sometimes and i drink water normally and urinate normally. I Have normal appetite. My father has diabetes ,will the burning sensation is symptom of diabetes.
