I am a 45 years old female.I am a high blood pressure patient. I am taking blood pressure medication Telmisartan(40mg) along with Storvas-10,Ecospirin-75,PAN 40.after taking these medications now my bp is normal but i am having headache and heart beat sound in my ears while trying to sleep.please help

My father (aged 65 years) is having high Blood pressure and sugar level. Also, Pain and swelling in joints . Getting treatment from physicist. Consuming Ayurvedic medicines. People said to consume Allopathic medicine so took one medicine as prescribed by doctor. Now people saying that once u consume an allopathic medicine, u need to take it permanently. Is it true ? Is it mandatory to take medicine for diabetics, actually I'm controlling my blood glucose naturally by diet and exercise, my fasting gulcose is 110 and 2 hours after test is 140 without taking medicine. But my doctor is asking me to take medicine, what should I do.
