Hormonal Imbalances

I've been suggested by my doctor that i have 3lumps In my thyroid, he says operation is necessary to remove lumps, is it really necessary or there are other medicated options or laser to solve the problem. Please guide ASAP

Recently my father and mother undergone hba1c test. my dad is 75 years old and have been treating for diabetes from past 15 years. the test result shows as 10.5% during ‌ hba1c. from last 6 months he is been taking insulin of 8 units per day during night post lunch.and my mom is 61 years old and have been treating for diabetes from 20 years. her report shows hba1c as 9.5%. even she is taking insulin of 8 units daily.  please advice on next steps.

Dr mohan rao prescribed me thyronorm 75mcg and my question is when should i have my thyronorm tablets before breakfast or after breakfast and how long should i wait after having my tablets before bf

Sir my TSH is 100.00 my doctor advised me to take thyrox-150 tablet daily after food at night.but some one else said it will take before food.please advise

Hi Doctor, I am 38 years old and recently developed BP and taking medicine for the past 3 months. I get my Lipid profile test and found my LDL chlostrol is 150

My TSH level is 0.007 mIU/L T3 level is 1.48 ng/ml T4 level is 11.59 I have lost weight (3 Kg in one month) and am feeling more hungry than usual.
