Thyroid test
I have a recent test of thyroid in which it shows TSH of 6.77 and T3 & T4 are in reference range what does it mean?

It means you have sub clinical hypothyroidism. Unless you experience any symptoms,its not need to be treated .yearly monitoring of TSH would be imperative.
