My FBS is 216 and ppbs is 316. I am occassional drinker, No smoking, Mixed diet. Please advice to sustain normal blood sugar regulating diet

I am creating a piece of software to help manage my mum's diabetes better. So the issue that I am having is that my mum enters into the program the foods she has eaten in the day as well as her glucose and BP readings, the program then looks at the foods and assigns them a rating according to the carb level or GI and then uses this to compare to a normal level as well as the readings. I don't know whether to use GI or carbs as a measure of how healthy the food? Or should i use something else?

I have recently done blood test and my report is 1.Fasting blood glucose is 286 mg /dl 2.pp glucose is 393 mg/dl. PleAse suggest me how to control this by coNtrolling diet and doing exercise . Which food should be avoided.

I have TSH of 2.5. Before I use to take 100 mcg and my weight is 68kgs. NOW how mcg should I take.

I have high sugars ( 160-170 fasting)  in summer and normal to below normal sugars(70-85 fasting) in winter. I have the same diet, medicine and exercise regime whole year. Is there any error in the measuring instruments due to cold now in Delhi . Is it normal to have slightly lower sugars in winter.

I got tested for thyroid in November as my weight was continuously increasing. My tsh was 11.5 And in December it was 15.5 My doctor prescribed me thyroxine 75 mg Is it a right dosage

Hi Doctor i Have Hypothyroidism 13.1 Anti tpo antibody  is  283. And my doctor prescribe me eltoxin 50.. few months ago i notice my neck on the front of mirror my Right side tyroid little bigger then left  and it's see running....its normal..?I'm very worried about this

My father was suffering from tb.he is diabetic.Due to antibiotic intake he loss interested in eating.He is very weak.
