My mother is 57 years old. Before 10 years ago she has 430 sugar.she was injected insulin injection. But after that her sugar level was not increased. But her weight is now 47 and she is 5 feet What can I do?

My another best friend .. she s not thyroid suffered earlier.. long back she met a doctor for a headache. He checked and said she has high bp like 140. And prescribed to take some bp tablets. Unfortunately she took later she again went for same headache tat time he asked to check thyroid test and prescribed throyid tablets.she took it again later she met another doc in her hometown and found she actually not needed to take those tablets. She stopped pressure tablets but still many doctors asked her to continue thyroid tablets for life long. I read there is no cure but is there any way around for her to stop this tablets .
