I have recently done blood test and my report is 1.Fasting blood glucose is 286 mg /dl
2.pp glucose is 393 mg/dl.
PleAse suggest me how to control this by coNtrolling diet and doing exercise . Which food should be avoided.

Low sugar in Winter
I have high sugars ( 160-170 fasting) in summer and normal to below normal sugars(70-85 fasting) in winter. I have the same diet, medicine and exercise regime whole year. Is there any error in the measuring instruments due to cold now in Delhi . Is it normal to have slightly lower sugars in winter.

I have been advised to take glycinorm in the morning before food. How many mins before breakfast i can take this tablet? Usually i take it before 15 mins is it OK? Is it not good to take just two mins before food for convenience?
