I have takenlipid profile in which total cholestrol is 265mg/dl also total ldl direct is 187mg/dl &non hdl is 187mg/dl please explain repot

I am 18 and I have been experiencing frequent urination from last few days. I have done urine test 3 times in last 3 weeks and it came out to be normal. I had even done a FBS test 3 weeks ago, that came out to be 80.70 mg/dl. I have observed that sometimes after I eat something sweet, there is excessive urination with somewhat clear urine in 2-3 hours. I have even tested the clear urine for glucose and the test came out to be clear. Besides that, no other symptoms are there. Do I have diabetes?

I have a high sugar level of 300 mg/dl two weeks back when checked. i am 30 and my weight is 87 kg before which i was 100kg, my height is 172 cm. nowadays i am eating foods based on my dietician's recommendation.and today i checked my sugar level was 415mg/dl before a 45 min walk and post which it was 250 mg/dl. could you help me to identify wat type of diabetic i am ? wat type of tests should i undergo to find it out ? shall i continue this without taking medicines ??? thank you in advance.

I have been excessively yawning for the past two months. For no reason in random places.. I m not stressed or sleep deprived.. I am also diagnosed for pcos and I have it for 5 months.
