She was tested yesterday with high sugar level of 231 fasting and 319 after eating. I would want to know the ways for treatement so that she can be healed in a safe way.

My Thyroid Stimulating hormone TSH is 20.32 and it should be in range 0.45-4.5 suggest me a medicine to lower this and which healthy foods can cure this problem?

I am 29years old female, i just got my blood report and my tsh level is 6.7. consulted a doctor and he has given me thyronorm 50mcg. when i asked him how long do i need to take this he said 1 year , 2 year or maybe lifelong. due to some mishappenings at home i was in stress for last 2 months, is it possible due to stress my tsh levels are high. should i start these medications or should i get a retest again after a month and check if tsh level is increasing. cholestrol,bp everythng else is fine.
