I am taking insulin morning 30 evening 24 and afternoon tenegliptin 20 & metformin 1000 But not controlling Daily walk for 4 km Trying to control food

I am a diabetic patient.two years back I had suffered from hyperthyroidism and it is controlled after some days.since from a month i am feeling hungry so much and I was becoming tired very easily ,joint pains, sleeplessness.so I had given a test to diagnose the problem.please suggest  me what to do with the above problem

Hello Doctor, I am 67 years old & suffering from type 2 diabetes since past 22 years. From February 2017 I am taking Lantos insulin 10 units before breakfast. However my pre lunch and post lunch sugar level continue to remain high. Can you please suggest whether use of IME 9 tablet can be used as a replacement for insulin as I no longer wants to take insulin injections. Please advise. Thanks.

Taking every day two tablets of Glysepage 2. Since the level increase doctors prescribe Lasilactone in the morning. I could not ask doctor the use of this as he was about to close clinic. Please let us know the use of Lasilactone
