Hormonal Imbalances

I went to consult doctor for skin allergy. The doc didn't recommend for blood test inspite he asked to continue medicine. The problem was somhw ok aftr 1 month. But again prob arrived after which I was asked to take blood test. I don't have thyroid prob, blood sugar, lipid profile, urea and creatine are in normal range. Rbc count is 3.5 mil/cum. Haemoglobin 10.6gm/dl,pcv 31.8,lymphocyte17. 8%, Direct bilirubin 0.3mg/dl,alkaline phosphate 23u/l. Am female aged 27. Assist wat to do to RECOVER

Glucose on blood test is 103 do you think that's cause for concern ? Diabetes runs in my immediate family and mother and grandmother both were type 2

He was going on feeling hungry on that particular day, so I felt like checking his sugar level, we have a pricking instrument in our house to check sugar levels... He ate 1 dosa and after 1 hour and half another dosa, again he did the same... When he asked for the third time I checked his glucose level, it was 149. TSH level: 0.18 (ref range: 0.27-4.20), FT4: 2.84 (ref: 0.8-19)... Ultrasound conclusion: 1) normal appearing of both love of thyroid gland except for 1 to 2 seedling ill defined nodules on right side. 2) needs clinical correlation with t3,t4 & TSH level.. my question is that does I have any issue in my thyroid? Is this seedling can heal or go? Does treatment continue for life. Is it create temporary illness and medications? Does condition last for life and treatment too? What I have? Confused
