T2d hba1c is 12.50 , kindly suggest any new medication for me I am taking metformin 2000 mg forxiga 10 mg, Kidney test are normal

If you are taking metformin as well as forxiga and you hba1c is what you have enclose , I am sorry to say this but it is unlikely to get any better with the addition of third medication. Even it does , it might not to the level we would like it to be . It’s high time you need to consider starting insulin Injections . You can be started on daily one injection to start with with slight tweaking or oral medications. Make a consultation to discuss things further.
