Hba1c 8.36
My mother age 63 , recently done blood sugar test , which is Hba1c 8.36. she daily take medicine gp 1. My question is how bad is Hba1c 8.36 and is the gp 1 tablet  sufficient medication or need a higher dose ?

8.3 needs better control , Medication needs to be revisited Looking at all her reports and lifestyle further intervention can be planned . For consultation blindly book an appointment so we can take it forward from there

Hba1c of 8.36 is poor control , it indicates her avg sugars are over 200 in the past 3 months . If she is fully compliant with the meds then gp1 is not providing good control . Need for an increase in dosage . Consult .

Hi. hbA1c is high and affect eye, heart, muscles.. kidney, liver . Previous diabetic medicine is not sufficient. Please do paid consultation for reverse diabetes. Thanks .
