Currently ongoing medicines on diabetes. tablet-tenlimac M 500 Inj-human mixtard  Inj-human Basalog. Sugar getting volatile, he is suffering from getting dizzy, not sleeping well sleep only less than 2 hours, daily toilets routines are disturbed comes after two three days , Loss of Appetite, not eating well, body pains in joint. pls suggest medicines accordingly. My age is 14 yrs only and Type 1 diabetic detected recently last 2 weeks before when I suffered 2 times with convergence. Present dose is Novarapid 10 ml -3 times and tresiba 10 ml one times in day. My request can I survives without insuline ? Or can changeover on tablets ? Waiting reply . Arpit

Hi, I have used Thyronorm for past 4 years. I have done my Thyroid profile test few days back and got my results as follows- T3-64 (Normal) T4-6.5 (Normal) TSH- 37.37 (Abnormal) I am on 100mcg Thyronorm during this test. On my previous test 5 months ago, I was using the same dosage of 100mcg and got my report as- T3-92 (Normal) T4-6.5 (Normal) TSH- 0.53 (Normal) During the last 5 months , I joined TCS and the amount of Stress has increased significantly. Especially in the last 2 months. Also I am on Night Shift for 1 month and I sleep during the day. 1)I wanted to ask for advice and proper dosage to follow to keep my Thyroid levels normal. 2)How to cope up with Panic attacks/ Stress and Shift in sleep cycle. I take monthly health check-up for sugar, and it seems normal as per pathologist. Fasting sugar level - under 100 PP sugar level - under 125-130 As per suggestion of my general family Dr I am taking Medfarmin 500 daily twice a day morning and evening. So my question is, which I want to consult with a diabetes specialist- Do I need to continue with this medicine or not? however I would continue my monthly sugar level check-up. I occasionally include sweets in my diet ,once or twice a week. I do take tea with a sugar free tablet twice daily ( is sugar free fine, how much tabs in a day is fine) Please advise, Thanks in advance. Regards- Mahesh Chaure

TSH 1.2 T4 (free) 13.7 T3 (free) 3.7 Is it good? Is my metabolism good? Am I gonna gain weight without eating? Is t3 free too low?

Having an abg result ph 6.88 pco2 170. Would this person be in a coma? My daughter who has cerebralpalsy was taken from her nursing home to the er with these abgs. The nurses said she was not comatose. I would think she was.

My husband got his sugar level checked and it was 161 at fasting and 377 post lunch.His age is 34.He did nt have it before.What should be my immediate step.Should I consult a diabetic specialist or get it rechecked??He was urinating more thn regular.His father did had diabetic history in his last months.His weight is around 99kg.

Hai sir/madam my mother name was lalitha raha rajeswari and age was 48.since 18 years she was suffering from hypoglycemia and my doubt was at night time and afternoon her sugar levels getting low without knowing her so for 15 min to 3o min she was unconscious after she will be as normal abd active. Again when we check sugar before fasting sugar levels will be 40-90mg/dl & after fasting sugar levels will be 200-300mg/dl.why so and what to do please guide.we cannot find solution

I am diabetic. My random sugar today is 140. Forgot to Ecosprin AV 75 yesterday night. so took now. I am sweating now specially on face and feel uneasy. Having Gastric problems too, taking yurvedic medicine.
