Hormonal Imbalances

My aunt has been getting painful sores/ulcers on both her feet which the doctors have described as diabetic foot. Even though her Sugar levels are in control now, the sores are not going away. Doctor has suggested Lulibet and Sofinax Ointment to be applied 2-3 times a day. Two weeks have passed but there is still no improvement. Please suggest. Photos attached.

After 2 hours of eating, i checked sugar at home 78. Is it too less. I always have low sugar,i got it tested in lab then also it was this much. Is it normal?

Is it advisable or is it ok if a person having type 2 diabetis can take magnesium glycinate tablets ?
