Sugar level post prandial is higher
My glucose level in fasting is 96.3mg/dl and post prandial is 168.8mg/dl. Is it normal? My age is 25

Your fasting glucose level is ok but post prandial makes you fall in the category of pre diabetes,it should be ideally below 140mg/dl,but as of now it's ok,get yourself screened yearly.
Next Steps
Avoid high carbs diet and lifestyle modification is essential from the beginning itself,it's actually kind of a primary prevention for u in order to prevent overt diabetes in future,get your HbA1c also done,the next time you go for testing your sugar levels.
