Im in diabetic but my hbA1 is 6.2 only it ranges from 6 to 6.2 most of the times but im suffering from weakness in legs. Weight is reduced becoming weak day by day .muscles became loose it is due to diabrtic or any other problem nowadays liptwiches foot pain in morning im scared please help me out

My age is 30 and my sugar level with fasting is 108 and Post 2 hour after having meal is 104 , is it prediabitic condition ? Should I take care ? How to prevent from prediabitic condition ?

HDL Chloestrol
Hello,
My HDL is 65 mg/dl whereas the CHOL/HDL ratio is 2.90 mg/dl.
Normally, HDL is desirable till 60 mg/dl . Will that have any impact having said that High density Chloestrol is good for health .
Please suggest what is needed and if 65 mg/dl would be a concern .
