I am a diabetic and taking Gliclazide 80mg +Metformin 500mg from last 5 years. My FBS 147, PPBS 184, HbA1c 7.9 Can I switch to Glipizide 5mg +Metformin 500mg (Glynase MF). Thanks

I have Hypothyroid since 9 years and i am taking 50MG thyroxin since than. From last one year, TSH levels are fluctuating like low as 0.04 and high as 5.805 I have done my CBC also and the result is as HB-9.90 PCV-31.4 MCH-25 MCHC-31.5 RDW-15.8 I have shown to the general physician and followed al multivitamin and iron tablet which she suggested. Is there anything else i am missing. Or should i go to some specialist? Please suggest.
