Please guide me.what is the exact right time to take the medicine thyronorm 25.i have thyroid problem

I quit smoking in January 2018. Was diagnosed positive with thyroid antibodies. Can quitting smoking impromptu be the root cause of developing hashimoto's? The reason I say so is because my pictures before Jannot2018 had no thyroid  inflammation I mean swelling..however Feb 2018 pics show inflammation. Is Anatabine secretion associated with smoking causing hypothyroidism?How I diagnose the root cause and treat it?

I have been diagonosed with hypothyroidism and my tsh was 8.5 . doctor asked me to take 50 mg medicine two month. after taking it reduced to 0.07 still doctor is asking to take 25 mg medicine as she cant sop sudden. should i continue medicine or stop

My husband have sugar level of fasting 183 and pp 250 which has increased this month.Since he is a engineer his lifestyle changes every week and he doesn't get proper sleep. Now a days he sleeps a lot. Is there anything related to increase in diabetics.  Though he doesn't feel much tired but is always sleepy. Thanks in advance

I am insulin dependent diabetic age 27 years. Diabetes was detected when I was 20. In recent medical test, Phosphorus level is high 5.2 in kidney function test and Vitamin D, 25 hydroxy is very low 27. Please suggest what should be appropriate treatment.

If by oversight Telma AM H 80 is orally taken for 4 days.will it result in aggrevation of Psoriais and swelling of only right leg and few pus filled boils. If yes then what remedy?
