Suffering from Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
My Fasting sugar is 198 , PP sugar is 185 and HbA1C is 8.5. My Albumin Creatinine Ratio (ACR) is 38.5. what should I do now ? Feeling hopeless and worried.
