I have thyroid.. m 28 yrs.. i take it homeopathic medicine from last 2 yrs. I take medicine after 2 hours in a day. I fed up from this schedule. Now i want to know any allopathic medicine's side effect?

I am using Glycomet gp-1 and DIAMICRON XR for diabetes.in my latest test results in fasting blood glucose level is 91 and post prandial is 246 do I need to change medicines for diabetes
