Please give advice to control sugar in blood levels. My sugar levels are 274 mg

I am a 16 year old. i have Tsh level of above 150 and low t3 and t4 levels. i do not experience any symptoms. what should i do i am really panicking

I have Hypothyroid since 9 years and i am taking 50MG thyroxin since than. From last one year, TSH levels are fluctuating like low as 0.04 and high as 5.805 I have done my CBC also and the result is as HB-9.90 PCV-31.4 MCH-25 MCHC-31.5 RDW-15.8 I have shown to the general physician and followed al multivitamin and iron tablet which she suggested. Is there anything else i am missing. Or should i go to some specialist? Please suggest.

My homeopathic doctor suggested to eat freshly roasted chickpeas for 2 days and that i should only east roasted chickpeas the entire Day whenever i feel hungry and not to eat anything else for 2 days . And as a result of this my diabeties will be controlled instantly and my medicines will be reduced too. Want to know is this true ? And if there are any side effects of the same ????

Is "Anti Thyroglobulin Anti Body" and "Anti TPO AB" tests both are same? If not what is the difference? Is it ok if I take "Anti Thyroglobulin Anti Body" test to see the Thyroid is temporary or not?

Her fasting reading is 160 and pp is 240 and it remains the same even after taking medications and avoiding food as told by doctor
