My mother age 38 has recently started taking diabetes medicenes and she feels dizzy and weak all the time her sugar level for fasting is 248 and after 341..... please see is there something wrong.

Is there any one who comes home to take blood samples for sugar test? I need both fasting and post sample test

In last one week there are many dark patches on the face. Met my cardiologist, he changed medication anticipating reaction to but no improvement in last one week

I have been diagnosed with PCOS reason being high prolactin (46) and other hormones were normal. I was given carbogline tablets to decrease high prolactin and put up on hormone pill for 12 days before my actual period starts to induce period since I was having irregular periods. After the tablets got Over I did not get my period on August 12th next month but I got next month I.e., 13th Sept exactly 2 months since I got my last period. I am thinking to take vitex capsules to get my prolactin levels maintained. Is this okay to take or shall I wait till next month and see if I get my periods correctly on the same date?
