Regarding diabetic medication
He is 41yrs old, today we checked HBa1c test and the result us 7.1..so it means he is diabetic..IAM really worried..do we need to start the medication or with control diet it can be possible to control it...plz suggest us

Yes. It suggests diabetes. He will need to follow dietary changes and regular exercise along with small dose medicines
