HbA1c is 6.1. what should I do
I am a non diabetic person having no medication. On a general check, my HbA1c is 6.1. Is it harmful. What should I do to reduce it.

Follow diabetic diet exercise regularly and keep ur weight u der control. Keep monitoring HbA1C
