Hormonal Imbalances

My tsh level is 5.51. I would like to know if it is hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. Really confused, need help

Over weight serum insulin is 19 but sugar level is normal fasting sugar is 90 what to do. One local doctor prescribed tab. Metformin 500 but I didn't started it because my sugar level is normal will metformin not decrease my sugar level.

I har hernia and got operated through open way as technology was not development that much in my area.After that I took care to avoid reccurence but few days back I had to carry my luggage which was about 37 kg that looks l8ke really hurt me and same area right side in the groin it bulges sometimes and pains a little bit.I consulted general surgeon and he suggested for me ultrasound which confirmed the recurrence but then it doesn't pain all the time or bulges either.My question is surgery seems to be yhe only way but can I start my regumar exercise again...except lifting weights.

Hello Team, I am having diabetes since 2 yrs and from That time i am Taking homeopathy but since 3-4 months , i stopped taking medicine and thought of doing ayurvedic karela amla etc to reduce my diabetes. But since that time 180-200 in fasting. Before when i was on homeopathy medicine the fasting reading 150-160. Doing daily routine exercise but its not coming in control. Pls guide . Family doctor suggested to take glimet for 5 days and report. Pls

Wife is suffering with itching problem for considerable time. The itching sensation is predominantly on back thighs and legs. Very sweaty in general and itchy sensation increases when travel out side house.

My recent diagnosis report had TSH above 100. I went to an endocrinologist with expectations of understanding that I might have an understanding of what is causing the increase.But what I got was the regular Thyroid prescription. What would be the way to understand what causing hypothyroidism in my body instead and would it be better to understand the cause and start medication? Instead of just kicking of the day with thyroid tablets.
