My weight is increasing continously. I am controlling my diet but no effect.
I don't want to go for medicine because i got to know from my friend's who have thyroid and taking medicines that there are side effect of this steroid. Is it true?

Thuroxin is not a steroid. It’s a very safe medicine. At the level of 9 it may not be necessary to start medicine unless there are classical symptoms of hypothyroidism or anti TPO antibodies are positive
