Hormonal Imbalances

My thyroid result is 12.86 and I am currently taking thyronorm 50mcg once a day. Please tell me as soon as possible awhat can be done as my weight is also increasing.

My condition is I'll for the past 1 month once in a week .The symptoms are giddiness,weakness,body pains ,foot pains and neck pain.I visited near by doctor and wrote for diagnosis suspected diabetic pre 133 post 196 Hb profile 7.2 one month history.can u sujjest me shall I start medicine or anything to be changed

The very first day My tsh came out 8.21...nd t3 t4 were normal... It was fasting test .. Then next day i again got my thyroid test done... It was around 12 noon .. Then tsh was 4.41...what to do... Which medivine to take?
