High esr blood test.

I got blood test done which showed esr 36 .. I was diagnosed with tb but now result is negative . WBC count is normal. I did Pap test done which showed mild inflammation in cervix ,Pap test was normal,I even have joint pain,and little inflammation in toe is this the reason for my high esr?
