My father is aged 65 currently with no background of any serious illness history. Recently (6/7 mnth)his chest is developing some odd tissue growth where on the first consultation with docter, he said it is gynacomastia. Need to know if this can be 100% cured by medicine?

Gyenecomastia is common and normal at this age. It’s called senile gyenecomastia and doesn’t need treatment. Visit the doctor to make sure that this is just senile gyenecomastia
