Hypothyroidism problem since 2013 and currently taking 25mcg medicine. How to control it and my weight is 85kg, height is 161cm. Not able to lose weight.

TSH can be normalised by thyroxin treatment. Hypothyroidism causes weight gain but that is minimal. You should consult a doctor.
