Best medicine for thyroid.
Hi Recently I did t3 ,t4 and TSH test of my wife . TSH was 6.9...please suggest best medication to cure it permanently. Thanks

The only medication for hypothyroidism is Thyroxin. At this level of TSH she may not need treatment unless she is already on treatment, her anti TPO antibodies are positive or if she is symptomatic. But in case she is pregnant or wants to get pregnant the target TSH values are different.
