My age is 24 can you say about my health I am getting chest pain and feeling lightheadness can you help

High I am Brajamadhuri, I have been facing uncontrolled sugar levels, I am 65 female, also have hypo thyroid taking 125mg eltroxin and telvas 3d for BP since some years now. I need guidance with how to control my sugar level. Thanks

I am 65 years old and I have been taking thyroid medicine eltroxin 100 then 125 now 150 this thyroid has been with me since 2003 I also have high BP issues so I am taking (telvas 3D) for that and I am also diabetics since some years now and I am taking diapried M2 but despite taking these medications my sugar levels are not in control I have been going to the local allopathic doctors but they are not being able to give me the right doors and MakeMy sugar levels under control I need proper guidance by good allopathic doctor who is well experienced with this science and can help me as my problem is multiple problems kindly some doctor advice me what should be done in this scenario each time I go to allopathic doctor the right me tests what thousands of rupees but the medicines take prescribed after seeing the test are not being able to help me out please guide me thank you very much

I am experiencing symptoms like all day fatigue,headaches,confusion,dizziness,blurred vision sometimes,dreamy vision,excessive sleepiness whole day,weakness all day long, Fainting,fast heartbeats,shakiness,mental confusion Since past 6-7 months Not sure what is the cause Plsss helppp!! My recent HBA1C level is 10.15 . My Fasting sugar is 203 and my Fasting insulin is 5.05. Please tell me what my condition of dibetics. Am I step down in type 1. Also suggest me about medication.
