I booked health check today with practo , and i got mpv 12.8fl , what does it mean how it will impact any other function in my body ..

My blood sugar was 91 before mean( after 10 hours fast) and it dropped to 67 when tested after breakfast (2 hours after breakfast)

I had a gestational diabetes and it was normal after delivery. But after few months again I was diagnosed as diabetic. Now I'm on medication but want to try homeopathy or ayurvedic. Which is better Homeopathy or Ayurvedic treatment.

My hba1c on July 2021 was 5.7, however I managed to reduce it to 4.8 by Feb 2022 by losing weight. Recently i took hba1c it came out as 5.0? Can this be false low hba1c?. I started taking multivitamin tablet (contains b12,folic) just a week before the latest hba1c test and started eating clean and increased my physical activity 2 weeks before the test. Can multivitamin cause false low hba1c?

Done a fasting blood test recently...it mentioned Fasting glucose : 86 Hba1c : 5.4 % Mean plasma glucose (over 60-90 days) : 115 mg/dl Is this normal!?
