Hormonal Imbalances

Muscle pain in right shoulder , some time in left hand shoulder, left hand down part, some time on left leg , some time in chest , pain as frequently come in sec and go,is there anything wrong, please suggest

I've checked my blood sugar yesterday before bed and it showed 145 mg/dl , I am 20 year old ,what does it means? I'm literally very worried since then.

From last week, my mother is having little bit tingling sensation in her right hand and leg. No sugar testing is done since last year. Local doctor had already consulted to test the sugar. But in our area, the covid numbers are increasing, so want to avoid going outside. That's why i'm trying the online consultation.

Also having ulcer in whole mouth. Bleeding from a tooth. Pain in toe finger which resulted in outcome of mucus from it.

I am 32 male, I was diagnosed with diabetes 2.5 years back. At that time my hba1c was 8.1. fbs was 232. After that I avoided white sugar mostly, not following physical activities fully, but doing. I am a IT professional. Somewhat stressful sometimes only. After my first hba1c, taking it regularly, my last three hba1c was 6.2,5.9,5.7..but here the case is FBS most of the times 140, PPBS is 250 to 300. Yesterday my RBS was 280, hba1c is 5.9, why this is happening. I am also having NAFLD grade 1, and GERD with hiatus hernia and anxiety. Echo and ECG is normal. In LFT test sgpt is 84.KFT is normal, thyroid is normal. Doctor told life style change is enough as of now. Taking medicines for GERD with LPR, like DSR, nexium 40, becalm. Inderal f sometimes. With GERD symptoms, I am feeling more tired. What are the reasons for this reading variations ?

Sir I have been diagnosed  Thyroid profile  in July -20, the report as T3=0.81, T4=12.99, TSH=0.02 and taking 25 MCG thyronorm..now i recently again diagnosed Thyroid profile and result as :T3=1.07, T4= 6.70, TSH=74.71. I am very shocked  due to high range of my TSH. Kindly advise me what should I do which medicine should I take as my TSH level fluctuates and we are planning a first baby. Recently in April -20 due to high Tsh level 64 my miscarriage was happened..

Sir /ma'am My dad is diabetic from past 10yrs , but from past few days his levels are up, Before dinner(8pm): 135 After 2hrs dinner (10:15pm) : 185 Early morning after waking up (fasting)7Am : 158 . Do we need to revise the medicines as earlier his levels used be 20units less. Thanks.

Hi! My blood sugar reading in the morning is 92 mg/dl using accuchek instant s glucometer at home in the morning after a gap of 11 hours after last meal. I just took my thyroid medicine and water in the morning. Is the value normal? I am just being a little concern here. The glucometer has a accuracy of +-15%.
