Iam testing my Rondom Sugar at evening 7:30 PM (I consume morning break fast, 2T and 1 coffee Afternoon meals. T at evening 4 PM) RBS is 100. It us normal or not? Iam not diabetic. How often check my Sugars. Pls suggest Regards.

it is normal... if you are at risk group 1. Obesity 2. HTN 3. sedentary life style 4. Family History of diabetes 5..... A.  non diabetic persons : in such case monitor once a year would be enough Suggest : OGTT or HbA1c
