Hormonal Imbalances

This query is for my father, he is diabetes patient and from last few months his weight is reducing very fast. He is now underweight around 51 kg, even following proper veg, high fiber diet, salad, fruits, and no diary product. Not sure what is the reason for weight lose. Please suggest

The fasting sugar level has gradually increased from 137 to 170 over last 1 month. Managing with natural remedies until now. But looks like the medication has to be started (as my family doctor has advised). What's the best way to live a controlled diabetic life with minimal or no medication?

Me from mumbai age 43 My doctor advised me atorva 10 and metformin 500 mg. In last feb when my fasting sugar 152 and total cholesterol 226 due do lokdown doctor advised continue the dose 1 time daily. Now all report normal by maintain diet and exercise total cholesterol is 169 and fasting sugar 96 and HBAIC IS 5.4% What to do the dose of atorva 10 and metformin 500 mg harmful to kideny and liver for long time use plz advised me

I have taken fully body test which includes TSH test also which is 23.29 Last year my TSH was 12.95. I was taking 25mcg thyronorm. Please advise how to bring TSH normal Thank you
