Tarry stool, abdominal pain
Hi,
Patient is on Rivaroxaban twice daily 15 mg since 2nd of May. He was diagnosed for covid on 20 April. His SPO 2 has become stable now at 94 - 96. He is complaining of abdominal pain, tarry stool and lower spine pain since two days. Could it be due to Rivaroxaban and if yes, what can be done. Does he stop taking it and if yes, what is the risk of pulmonary embolism?

In range but borderline.
My HPLC level is 5.5% which is well with range but also somewhat borderline. I am 37, 47-48 kg, 5 feet. Due to the corona virus situation I haven't been going to the gym anymore since last 1 year. I do 8k-10k steps per day 4-5 times a week. Should I be worried and control my sugar intake? Attached report. Also attached my cholesterol report. Should I take omega 3 to reduce triglycerides? My TSH is 7.99
