Hormonal Imbalances

I have done my blood report from a lab my fbs is 121.8 my HbA1c is 6.1. I am currently on glycomet 500 daily at night. Should I be changing my medication or is there another remedy I should follow

My father is a diabetes patient. He recovered from covid last 7 days. His sugar level is not in control. today his sugar level in night is 550 and in morning 450. Medication is attached. Kindly help.

My father is having diabetes since 8 years and he is taking medicine Vildagliptin and Triexer tablets. Are these tablets good should he continue the dosage and also his fasting reading is 140. Can you please consult as this is good to take this tablets and other things also.

My sugar levels are in the range of 105 to 130 fasting (12hours) in the morning. I am currently taking glycomet 500 at night. I want to know if this range is good or should I change my medication? Also taking a home test is it accurate? I have 2 machines one at my place and one at my parents house it's shows 105 in my machine and then when I walk and go to my parents house it shows 125 not sure which one is right?

From last 6 days sugar level is 224 To 307 307( as on today ) Following a diet plan Having medicine Gemer-3 And antibiotics for COVID Like ZinCovid Invermectin Azee Limcee Cough syrup Also using Wheat Atta + Besan For chapati Moong daal Loki Tonned milk Kala chana Etc in food Please suggest something To control the level of sugar Anything to start of stop from these please guide

Hi recently recovered from covid and under steroid treatment for 10 days 8mg/day. Undergone vitals tests and found h1bac 5.8 and average blood sugar is 120. Fasting value 90 and post lunch 130.No history of diabetic. What are those values, does steroids increased blood sugars??
