Hormonal Imbalances

Hello, I am a software engineer who is working from home since the Lockdown,that is March 2020. Recently on April 15 i have took a full body checkup and in that shockingly i have got 263 diabetic score before break fast. I have thought it was wrong and left it like that. Yesterday i have tested again in my homw through the test kit available in home for my father and got 218 before breakfast and 366 after breakfast. I dont have any symptoms of an diabetic like the leg pains,dizziness,weightloss,etc., I am not sure whether this is diabetes or pre diabetes. I dont want to take any tablets but i want to change my diabetic situation by being active,taking good food and exercising regularly. Please adiveon this. Also in the fully body checkup that i have taken i am slight low on hemoglobin and iron level also my vitamin d is just 11.77 Please kindly adive on this query .

Is 5.7%A1c is normal or pre diabetic...due to anxiety n tension I got diz..Is there any chance 2 reverse pre-diabetes..plz suggest me

Due to increase in blood sugar we have increase the dose of insulin (with doctor consultation) but after the increase in insulin dosage the blood sugar is in control but there is swelling in face and feet. What could be the reason and what could be done!!

I have gained weight since last 4 years when i daignosed hypothyroidism and delayed periods issue. i have taken medicine for the same. now my whole body weight is normal but my breast is getting so large and heavy, my bra size is 40 and thats why my back is keep paining.

I am a diabetic patient. I am taking medicine Gluformin I 0.5 mg , but recently that is not available .So what medicine should I prefer with same composition? Pharmacists  suggest Gluformin 500mg in replacement of that, is that perfect?? I will be obliged if you kindly suggest me the medicine with proper dose..

I am taking diabetes medicine for last one and half years. I am taking Zeptin m 500mg medicine. But there is a rise in my diabetes no i.e Before food:- 125, After food :- 172. Please help me out.

Sir/ madam, I have discharged from hospital after recovering from Covid 6 days ago, my sugar levels are FBS-330, PPBS-329, HBA1C-10.3 . I am non diabetic previously but now blood sugars increased and feeling very weak . Fron today started tablets of Glycomet-GP2, Janumet 50/500. What is the incubation period for this mucormycosis to attack me because of this steroid usage and high blood sugar.. Please clear this doubt
